An hour of intense cardio that get your heart pumping. Your workout is optimized with a kettlebells, TRX suspension and other strength and cardio equipment but will still deliver a full body workout with each punch. Although there is no physical contact you will let off steam punching heavy bags, focus pads, kick bags and more in this FULL ON workout.
