  • Early Morning Bootcamp - 6am on Monday, Wednesday & Friday
  • After Work Bootcamp - 6pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
  • Saturday Bootcamp - 8:30am every Saturday

About Our Indoor BootCamp

This BootCamp program is unique in that anyone can participate in the program because you workout at your own level.

Indoor Bootcamp Equipment:

  • Strength Training - Medicine ball, Stretch Tube, Kettlebells
  • Stabilizer Training Products - TRX
  • Cardio - Drills, Stairs, Aerobic Exercises, and one of the following Nordic Walking, Walking, Skipping, Running or Jogging depending on your level of fitness.

The program progresses through the 8 weeks and overload is achieved due to variance of resistance. Full On Fitness Indoor BootCamps are held at Jon’s New Indoor Gym.

  • Full On Fitness Nutritional Success Program - The physical exercise is just one of the keys to your overall health and fitness. By really understanding your diet and what your body needs your results will be phenomenal. We will provide you with information that you need to achieve optimal results. This is the Nutritional Program that you have been waiting for. You will learn how to get yourself on the right track with your diet, show you simple and effective ways to lower your caloric intake, and educate you about foods your body needs to run at maximum efficiency.
  • Goal Setting - Not many people would just show up at the airport to go on a trip without a plan of where they were going, or how they were going to get there. Yet most people approach their fitness routine this way. If you don’t know where you want to go how are you going to know when you get there? Or how are you going to know if you are on the right path? Thats what Full on Fitness Bootcamp is all about. Our trainers are not just Bootcamp instructors but are BCRPA registered fitness leaders and personal trainers. This means our trainers have the knowledge and education to successfully get you where you want to go.Your Goal could be as simple as being able to do pushups on your toes or improve your running ability.Come to Boot Camp with or without a goal. It will become very clear in your mind what your goals will be.Improved Health and Fitness will be achieved! Guaranteed!!!
  • Body Composition Testing - Available upon request. This would consist of girth measurements, Body Fat % test or both.
  • Results - We guarantee that Full on Fitness will take you to the next level of fitness. There is only one thing that we ask from you - COMMITMENT!!!! Ongoing registration may be possible between sessions if space permits - contact us at any time to inquire about openings. We also offer a drop in option for people to check out the camp. The cost to drop in is $20.00 which will be deducted from your registration fee if you sign up for a camp within 30 days of your drop in session. We require 24 hours notice of a drop in to ensure we have space and equipment for you during the session.

This is a tame version of our Regular BootCamp put together in a 1 hour class. Still very fun and effective, but not as intense. $80.00 for 8 classes in a punchcard format.

Youth Athletic Development

The Youth Athletic Conditioning program consists of proper education of exercise techniques and drills that are appropriate for the ages attending. There are far too many coaches teaching Strength and Conditioning to our youths and they are not qualified or well-versed enough to do so. This is an active program with the emphasis on having fun. If kids aren’t having fun then they won’t want to participate.

Building the skills for a lifetime of sports

Cost : ages 9-13 $70.00 a month— ages 14 and up $100.00/month

Cardio Kick-Boxing

Full On Fitness is pleased to offer a new one hour exciting class, our Cardio/Kick-boxing class will “knock you out!”

  • Cardio Kick-Boxing - 7:45pm on Tuesdays and 10:00am on Saturday - $72.00/month

Kicking, Punching, Skipping/Footwork Drills and Core Conditioning. This is a Specialty/Registered class limited to 10 people, so reserve your spot today.
