Athletic Conditioning

Athletic Conditioning consists of proper running techniques, as well as Speed/Agility/Quickness Drills. Functional Strength Training for sports, and Flexibility Training for Optimal Performance. Dry land Training and Core Stability Training. No matter what sport you play we will take you to the next level of your performance.

The Athletic Conditioning program is geared towards individual or team training for a particular sport. We currently train clients that play Football, Hockey , Baseball, and Lacrosse. We also have clients that are on Dragon Boat Teams and clients that play individual sports like Golf and Martial Arts (MMA). Contact us to book yourself or your team in today.


Youth Athletic Conditioning Programs

” Building skills for a lifetime of sports”

We have different programs for different age groups focusing on appropriate athletic skill development for that group. The Youth Athletic Conditioning programs consists of speed and movement skills, coordination development, proper strength training techniques, and Olympic lifting Techniques, plyometrics/jump training and flexibility training. All exercises are age appropriate for injury prevention.

After School Programs

We have two After school Youth Athletic Conditioning running at our Nanaimo facility:

  • Ages 9-12 Tuesday/Thursdays at 3:30pm ***(cost $70.00/hst/month) beginning on September 7th
  • Ages 13 and up Tuesday/Thursday at 4:30pm ***(cost $70.00/hst/month)

Hockey Camps

Summer 2010 Hockey Camp

The Full On Fitness Hockey Strength and Conditioning Camps are serious about getting players ready for the hockey season. Each day consists of 3 hours of training:

  • (1 hour) Ice time - Drills and Skills
  • (1 hour) Dryland Training, and a
  • (1hour) workout at the Full On Fitness Athletic Development Centre.

This Hockey Camp is for people who are serious about playing Hockey and improving their overall performance. Limited space. Register today


Nordic Walking

Nordic Walking is a great form of exercise, and if you haven’t tried it yet– what are you waiting for? Nordic Walking is easy to learn and easy on the joints of the lower body.
