Fitness Bootcamp

Our Nanaimo Fitness BootCamp is an intense, results-oriented program. You will increase your Strength, Cardio Fitness as well Lose Fat and increase your Energy.

Full On Fitness Indoor/Outdoor BootCamps run for 8 weeks and consist of 3 sessions per week. Each session is 1.5 hours long. You select which of the class times best suit your schedule. We recommend that you give yourself at least 24 hours between sessions to let your body recover.

We supply all the equipment needed for the workout, all you have to do is show up.

Jon’s an expert in his field and has used his experience and knowledge to produce The Full On Fitness Athletic Development System (ADS). He constantly strives to be the top in his field and in his areas of specialization including: Youth Athletic Development, Strength and Conditioning, Injury Prevention , and Facilitated Stretching.
